Ik werk al ruim vijftien jaar aan de inrichting van digitale stelsels: van e-facturatie en elektronische identiteiten tot gegevensuitwisseling tussen overheid en bedrijfsleven. Daarnaast heb ik programma's geleid gericht op regeldrukvermindering en de structurele modernisering van overheidsprocessen.

For more than fifteen years I have worked on building digital infrastructures: from e-invoicing and electronic identities to data exchange between government and business. I have also led programmes on reducing regulatory burden and structurally modernising government processes.

Mijn kracht ligt in het leiden van complexe transities in bestuurlijk gevoelige omgevingen. Analytisch en besluitvaardig, koersvast onder druk, en altijd met het oog op wat er in de uitvoering écht moet gebeuren. Ik verbind strategie, governance en uitvoering met een nuchtere, resultaatgerichte aanpak.

Alongside my advisory work, I co-founded Solventis B.V., the company behind the e-invoicing platform Peppol.now.

Als adviseur van de CPO-Rijk de Governance Digitalisering Rijksinkoop en de Rijksinkoop Enterprise Architectuur opgesteld en tot rijksbreed kader gemaakt, voor 160 rijksdiensten.

As advisor to the government's Chief Procurement Officer, drafted the procurement digitalisation governance and enterprise architecture, adopted as government-wide framework for 160 agencies.
